We’re seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager to join the team on a major residential development in Brentford. The scheme comprises nine tower blocks, and the successful candidate will oversee all external works packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate external works packages (Brickwork, Windows, SFS, Cladding, etc.)
  • Ensure quality, safety, and programme delivery are met to the highest standards
  • Liaise with subcontractors, design teams, and senior management
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are delivered on schedule

Requirements:

  • Proven background managing facade and externals packages (Brickwork / Windows / SFS essential)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Stable work history – we’re looking for someone who can commit long-term and grow with the project
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification preferred
