We are recruiting a Freelance Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale residential development comprising a traditional build high-rise tower block and multiple timber frame housing units. The role covers full project lifecycle management from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all phases of the project (planning, procurement, construction, completion)
- Manage delivery of:
- Traditional build tower block
- Timber frame housing packages (offsite + onsite assembly)
