We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a busy construction project based in Battersea. This is a long-term role (2+ years), offering stability and the opportunity to be part of a major project from early stages through to completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site office, supporting project teams with administration, document control, and coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the site team, including Project Managers and Site Managers
- Manage site documentation, including drawings, RFIs, transmittals, and reports
- Maintain accurate filing systems and document control processes
- Handle incoming and outgoing site correspondence and emails
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions
- Support health & safety administration, including inductions and record keeping
- Assist with timesheets, deliveries, and site records
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure the site office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator / Document Controller within construction
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience managing project documentation and site records
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
- Proactive and reliable approach
- Experience using document control systems (e.g. Asite, Procore, Viewpoint, Aconex)
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
