Role Overview We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a major development in Southall. Working alongside the Site Manager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all back of house elements of the project, including plant rooms and associated services. Key Responsibilities * Oversee delivery of back of house areas (plant rooms, service zones, and associated works). * Support the Site Manager in daily operations and coordination. * Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures. * Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation. * Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates. Requirements * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or similar role). * Strong understanding of back of house/plant room construction. * SMSTS or SSSTS certification. * CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred). * Excellent organisational and communication skills
