Site Manager required for a high-rise residential development in Acton, responsible for managing approximately 50 plots through the final stages from decorations and finals through to snagging and handover. Responsibilities * Manage and drive approximately 50 plots through to completion. * Coordinate and manage finishing trades and subcontractors. * Oversee decorations, finals, snagging and de-snagging works. * Monitor progress against programme and ensure key deadlines are achieved. * Carry out quality inspections and maintain high finishing standards. * Identify and resolve issues that could impact programme or handover. * Ensure all works comply with site health & safety requirements. * Liaise with the wider project team to ensure plots are ready for handover. Requirements * Previous Site Manager experience on high-rise residential projects. * Strong experience managing internal finishes and plot completions. * Proven ability to drive multiple plots through snagging to handover. * Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills. * Strong eye for detail and quality. * Good organisational and communication skills. * Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
