- Key Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook, Teams, Share Point.
- Familiar with site access control software (MSite, Biosite, Datascope).
- Able to use PDF editors for mark-up, comments, and printing.
- Previous on-site experience with knowledge of RAMS, Hot Works, CSCS, Induction, etc.
- Fluent in English with strong typing and document editing skills.
Desirable
Experience with Viewpoint for Projects, Conject, Business Collaborator; handling orders/requisitions, waste management documents, and construction documentation (Construction Phase Plan, Environmental Plan, F10).
Basic understanding of health & safety principles.
Responsibilities
- Manage site administration, document control, filing, and records (Share Point, 4P, E-Drive).
- Maintain attendance logs, timesheets, labour records, waste reports, and material deliveries.
- Oversee Biosite system: induction checks, facial recognition, delivery bookings, reporting, and issue resolution.
- General admin duties including printing, scanning, requisitions, office/welfare supplies, booking maintenance, meeting arrangements, and calendar management.
- Assist with local labour objectives tracking and reporting.
