We are currently looking for experienced Fire Stoppers to work on projects across Luton. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out fire stopping works in accordance with relevant regulations and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of fire stopping systems including batt & mastic, fire collars, sleeves, and sealants
- Ensuring all works comply with fire safety regulations and building standards
- Completing quality checks and reporting works accurately
- Using OneTrace to record and manage fire stopping works
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- NVQ in Fire Stopping (mandatory)
- Proven experience in fire stopping works
- Competent in using OneTrace
- Good understanding of fire safety regulations
- Ability to work to high standards and meet deadlines
Desirable (but not essential):
- FIRAS certification
