Security & Cleaning Supervisor in Hastings

We are seeking an experienced Security & Cleaning Supervisor to oversee security and cleaning operations within a busy retail environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in both security and cleaning supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Valid SIA Licence (essential).
• BICS training/certification is advantageous.
• Good computer skills, including the ability to use standard office software and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently at all levels.
• Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security and cleaning teams to ensure a safe, secure, and clean retail environment.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and security.
• Manage incidents, respond to emergencies, and complete accurate reports.
• Liaise with clients, retail management, contractors, and team members professionally and effectively.
• Assist with staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Ensure all health & safety, security, and cleaning standards are met at all times.
