Site Manager - Exeter EX4
MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a construction project in Exeter, with an immediate start available.
The role will involve overseeing the current phase of works, which is expected to run until December/January.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works run to programme.
- Maintaining quality control standards and completing relevant paperwork.
- Using Fieldview for site documentation and quality management.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
- Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress on site.
Requirements:
- SMSTS certificate.
- First Aid at Work (FAW).
- Experience with quality control paperwork.
- Comfortable using Fieldview.
- Fire Marshal training would be advantageous.
- Experience with roofing systems would be beneficial.
Job Details:
- Location: Exeter, EX4
- Rate: £300-£325 per day, depending on experience
- Start: Immediate
