MadiganGill are looking for an experienced and organised Document Controller for a long-term construction project based in Bristol BS2.

Location: Bristol BS2

Start Date: 06/06/2026

Duration: 76 Weeks

Rate: Negotiable / TBC

Job Type: Full-Time Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining project documentation
  • Uploading, tracking and distributing drawings and technical documents
  • Ensuring document control procedures are followed
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and management
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting project administration where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of document management systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
