Job Purpose
The primary role is to support the workforce & clients, ensuring the protection of property, assets and the safety of staff, contractors and visitors to the sites.
Principal Accountability’s
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service to key stakeholders (employees, managers, directors, clients and alike), maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Support the Security Day to day Operations of the business
- Conducting site visits of all London sites on a minimum of a monthly basis
- Conducting detailed site visits
- Maintaining Employee P-Files
- Scheduling
- Right to Work checking
- SIA Compliance Checking
- Diary Management
- Vetting support
- Roster innovation
- Timesheet processing
- Annual Leave processing
- Social media exposure
- Uniform & PPE Ordering
- Purchase order allocations
- Monitoring & responding to company phone and emails
- Adhering to the chain of command at all times and actively encouraging the workforce to do the same.
- Reporting
- Assistance with site Documentation
- Advertisement for vacancies
- Consolidation of subcontracted work
- Security Communication compliance Admin
- Meeting note taker
- Monitoring workforce for late, days off etc.
- Completing night worker assessment forms
- Processing company ID Cards
- Ensuring site Training documents are issued and stored
- Working with the SCC to enrol employees on site inductions, therefore strengthen the workforce.
- Conducting Appraisals
- Workforce gap analysis
- Completing arbitration’s
