- Duration: 3 Months
- Hours: Monday to Friday
- Rate: £280-£300 per day
- Payment: CIS available
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager on residential housing developments
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site programmes
- Must be able to drive and have own transport
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy housing development
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality on site
- Conducting site inspections and progress meetings
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and senior management
- Ensuring site records and documentation are kept up to date
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with housing experience looking for a 3-month contract on a busy residential project.
