MadiganGill are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to join a large construction project based in Bristol City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project, starting in early July, with an expected duration of 18 months.

Pay Rate: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing site schedules, records, and documentation
  • Coordinating with site teams, contractors, and departments
  • Handling compliance procedures and reporting
  • Maintaining filing systems and databases
  • Preparing reports, invoices, and procurement requests

Job Details:

  • 18-month contract
  • Full-time hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 07:30 - 16:00
  • Site-based role

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator role within construction
