MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Nights Manager for a long-term construction project based in Bristol BS2.

Location: Bristol BS2

Start Date: End of June 2026

Duration: 76 Weeks

Rate: Negotiable / TBC

Job Type: Full-Time Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing night shift site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors and night teams
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
  • Monitoring health & safety procedures and site compliance
  • Managing night shift schedules and progress reporting
  • Liaising with site management, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks
  • Maintaining quality control throughout the project

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Nights Manager within construction
  • Valid SMSTS Certificate
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and night operations
  • Good understanding of health & safety regulations
