MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Nights Manager for a long-term construction project based in Bristol BS2.
Location: Bristol BS2
Start Date: End of June 2026
Duration: 76 Weeks
Rate: Negotiable / TBC
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Managing night shift site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and night teams
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Monitoring health & safety procedures and site compliance
- Managing night shift schedules and progress reporting
- Liaising with site management, suppliers and subcontractors
- Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks
- Maintaining quality control throughout the project
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Nights Manager within construction
- Valid SMSTS Certificate
- Valid CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and night operations
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
