MadiganGill are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to support the delivery of a new-build residential development in Axbridge, with an immediate start available.
A key role in the day-to-day management of a busy house building site. This includes coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, maintaining build quality, and helping to keep the project on schedule.
Role Details:
- Location: Axbridge
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 Weeks
- Rate: negotiable
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing subcontractors and site operations
- Monitor build progress across plots
- Ensure high standards of health & safety are maintained
- Support quality control and snagging processes
- Drive programme and meet build deadlines
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Valid CSCS Card
- First Aid certification (desirable)
- Previous experience on residential/house building projects preferred
