What will I be doing as a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader?
- Madiba is a community of loving people, dedicated to supporting and caring for young individuals aged between 7-18 years old.
- Our dedicated team are here to help young people through their challenges and provide them with the tools and guidance they need every single day.
- Developing positive relationships with the young people in our care, their families and external agencies.
- Leading shifts within the home and supervising staff.
- Contributing to the young persons care plans and any risk assessments, supporting with implementation and reviews.
- Supporting young people with daily activities, educational needs and emotional wellbeing.
- Ensuring that good quality records are maintained as required.
