What You'll Be Doing

? Supporting the safety, wellbeing and emotional needs of young people throughout the night

? Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted role model

? Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans

? Supporting young people through challenges with patience and understanding

? Working closely with colleagues and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate, caring and resilient individuals
  • Ability to remain calm and confident when managing challenging situations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Aged 21+ (required for regulatory compliance)
  • Flexibility to work the 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern

Previous experience in residential childcare is welcomed but not essential.

Full Training Provided
