As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young people can thrive. What You'll Be Doing?

  • Supporting the safety, wellbeing and emotional needs of young people throughout the night
  • Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted role model
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
  • Supporting young people through challenges with patience and understanding
  • Working closely with colleagues and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate, caring and resilient individuals
  • Ability to remain calm and confident when managing challenging situations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Aged 21+ (required for regulatory compliance)
  • Flexibility to work the 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern
  • Previous experience in residential childcare is welcomed but not essential.

Full Training Provided

We invest in our people from day one: 7 days of a classroom-based induction, supported shadow shifts, ongoing learning and development, fully funded Level 4 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce.
