Madiba Limited in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Waking Night - Support Worker to help children aged 7-18 in a residential care setting. You will build trusting relationships, support daily routines, monitor wellbeing, and contribute to care plans with regular risk assessments.
No prior experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll work nights (22:30–08:00) on a 4-on/4-off rotation, hold a full UK driving licence, and show flexibility for weekends.
