HR Advisor
to join our team and play a key role in supporting managers across the organisation. You'll be more than a source of HR advice. You'll be a
trusted partner to managers , helping them navigate complex people matters with confidence, fairness and compassion. What you'll be doing You'll provide proactive, practical and professional HR advice across the employee lifecycle, balancing organisational needs with our values and commitment to our people. Your role will include: Advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, probation, absence and flexible working. Supporting investigations, preparing investigation reports and assisting with formal hearings and appeals. Helping managers make fair, consistent and legally compliant people decisions. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and
safer recruitment
processes. Monitoring probation, appraisals and performance management activity, helping managers address underperformance and support development. Supporting managers with attendance, wellbeing and occupational health processes. Producing and analysing workforce information, including turnover, retention and sickness absence, identifying trends and potential workforce risks. Supporting HR audits, compliance reviews, policy development and implementation. Ensuring employee records and HR processes are accurate, effective and GDPR compliant. Supporting organisational change, restructuring, consultation and workforce transformation projects. Contributing to employee engagement, organisational development and culture initiatives. safeguarding, safer recruitment, employment legislation and workforce compliance , while also recognising the pressures and realities faced by teams delivering care. You'll also have the opportunity to use HR data and insight to spot trends, identify risks and help shape better workforce decisions. helping us become better at preventing them and creating an environment where people can thrive. About you You'll be an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. We're looking for someone who is: Confident
