Madiba is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team that cares for young people aged 7–18 in Yorkshire. You will build positive relationships, support daily activities, educational needs and emotional wellbeing while contributing to care plans and maintaining records.
No prior experience is required as we provide one week of classroom training followed by one week of shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and ready to start.
