We develop mobile games for iOS and Android, optimized for devices with 1-2 GB RAM. Game types range from kids’ educational titles to farm games, casual projects, and simulators.
Important: The role is based in Georgia.
We use a lightweight and high-performance tech stack:
- Unity URP or the standard render pipeline
- C#
- DOTween for animations and UI
- Addressables for memory optimization and on-demand asset loading
- Cinemachine when needed
- Firebase, AppMetrica for analytics and user behaviour tracking
- Ads SDKs, In-App Purchases
- Clean architecture without heavy DI frameworks (we rarely use Zenject)
Developer works closely with:
- other Unity developers
- 2D artists
- animators
- VFX artists
- a project manager
- a game designer/producer
This is not a solo role – you’ll be part of a small cross-functional team.
Important requirements:
- Experience with ECS
- Experience working on highload products
- Proven CPU/GPU/RAM optimization experience
Additional information:
The employment is under a Georgian labour contract: 1-year agreement with a 3-month probation period. Official public holidays, paid sick leave, paid vacation per Georgian law, plus health insurance. The salary is specified in USD, but payouts are made in GEL at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia.
