Role Purpose
To develop, expand, and oversee SEO strategies for client projects. Provide strategic consulting to our team, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve measurable results in traffic, rankings, and lead generation.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced SEO Strategist to help us create effective SEO strategies, scale results across client projects, and coordinate team efforts. This role involves consulting on multiple client projects simultaneously (20+ active websites), building strategies and collaborating closely with SEO specialists, content marketers, and analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update SEO strategies for client projects (SaaS, IT, B2B).
- Supervise execution of SEO strategies, monitor results, and recommend optimizations.
- Provide strategic guidance to the team through brainstorming and planning sessions.
- Define priorities and assign tasks to SEO, content, and development teams.
- Monitor KPIs: traffic, rankings, lead generation, and client satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients on strategic SEO matters and participate in client calls.
- Contribute to creating new products and strategies within the SEO department.

- Increase client satisfaction

Requirements
- 3+ years experience as SEO Strategist or Senior SEO.
- Practical experience with medium and large websites (SaaS, IT).
- Advanced English (C1).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, semantic analysis, link building, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking, responsibility, and systematic approach.
Preferred
- Work experience in marketing agencies or IT/SaaS companies (USA/Europe markets).
- Understanding of growth marketing principles.
- Team management experience.

- Compensation (full time):
- Probation period (3 months): $2,500/month
- After probation: $3,000/month
