About the Company: Product brand in the online entertainment and betting industry, developing its own projects across multiple GEOs. We work with international markets, test hypotheses, grow fast, and are looking for equally strong specialists who know how to scale traffic and deliver results. Position is opened due to expansion into a new region (Tier-2).

General Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across selected traffic sources (Google Ads / UAC / Apple Search Ads)
  • Set up tracking and analytics (conversions, postbacks, integration with trackers and analytical systems)
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI, CR, LTV, etc.) and identify growth opportunities
  • Scale successful campaigns and manage budgets
  • Collaborate with creative, ASO, and analytics teams to achieve target KPIs
  • Monitor platform updates and explore new optimization tools

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing within the iGaming industry
  • Experience with trackers, strong analytical and campaign optimization skills focused on KPIs
  • Proven and up-to-date buying experience
  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects:
  • Domain and hosting setup
  • Landing page structure and requirements
  • Correct conversion tracking and analytics setup
  • Ability to create clear technical specifications for developers
  • 2+ years of experience working with one or more traffic sources (ASA / UAC / PPC)
