Наша мета — масштабувати портфоліо в 4 рази у 2026 році та у 2 рази 2027 році.
Чому це might sound like a challenge для тебе? Відповідь проста: ти будеш відповідати за портфоліо мобільних продуктів (утиліти), які вже мають позитивну економіку та 1 млн MRR. Це утиліти, які допомагають підвищити продуктивність, безпеку та загальний комфорт юзерів.
Responsibilities
- підтримка та розвиток наявних продуктів;
- запуск нових продуктів, що будуть генерувати ще кращий результат;
- бути лідером юніту: овнершіп фінансового планування, глобальний розвиток бізнесу, пушинг змін; фактично ти зможеш відчути на собі роль підприємця.
Team
Команда, з якою досягнути цих цілей буде в задоволення: 2 Product Managers, дизайнери, QA інженери, розробники, продуктові аналітики. Зокрема, ти будеш взаємодіяти з data аналітиками, legal командою, HR та рекрутингом, маркетологами та топ-менеджментом в Kiss My Apps.

- досвід в запуску продуктів від 0 до 1 / масштабуванні від 1 до значних розмірів;
- глибока експертиза в продуктовому менеджменті та аналітиці, розуміння всіх напрямків діяльності (performance / growth / product);
- навички якісного планування (фінансового, операційного та продуктового);
- критичне мислення та високий рівень абстракції;
- широка експертиза в роботі з продуктовими бізнесами: різні ніші, формати, моделі монетизації, команди тощо;
- здатність мислити сміливо та нестандартно, вирішувати складнощі ще до того, коли вони ними стали;
- вміння будувати та масштабувати системи з довгостроковою перспективою;
- прокачані лідерські якості: ти знаєш, як зарядити команду, завжди береш відповідальність за результат та допомагаєш розвиватись тим, з ким працюєш.
