Our proposition combines distribution across more than 10 rental channels with interior-design and presentation consultancy, access to professional photography, editorial listing creation, connected booking technology and the coordination of five-star short-stay experiences. Suitable homes can be distributed through MadeStays.com and channels including Marriott, Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google Vacation Rentals, Plum Guide, Blueground Secret Escapes & more.
We are looking for commercially driven Acquisition Partners to identify and introduce suitable London property owners and operators. This is a flexible, self-employed and commission-only opportunity. There is no salary, guaranteed income, fixed schedule or guaranteed workload.

What You Will Do
- Identify suitable homes, owners and professional operators across London Zones 1-3.
- Research and approach potential property partners.
- Introduce the MadeStays proposition clearly and professionally.
- Understand each prospect’s property, objectives and preferred level of involvement.
- Explain how MadeStays could improve the property’s presentation, reach, booking management and guest experience.
- Submit qualifying opportunities through the MadeStays platform.
- Progress conversations towards an owner consultation and potential agreement.
- Maintain accurate updates and dated next actions.
- Work with MadeStays as properties progress through assessment, contracting and onboarding.
- Acquisition Partners cannot approve properties, select the final service model, change commercial terms, guarantee financial performance or enter into agreements on behalf of MadeStays.
Build With Your Network - and Ours
Develop opportunities through your own relationships and prospecting while gaining performance-based access to MadeStays’ property acquisition engine. The lead engine identifies and organises prospective opportunities by territory, providing eligible partners with a structured pipeline of owners and operators to claim, contact and progress. This is more than a static lead list. Opportunity ownership, communication history, activity and next actions are managed through one connected system. Access depends on opportunity availability, territory, performance, lead quality and compliance with the Acquisition Partner Agreement. A specific number of leads or successful outcomes is not guaranteed.
What You Will Be Introducing
MadeStays helps owners and operators improve how qualifying homes are positioned, presented, distributed, booked and operated. Our platform brings availability, bookings, guest communication, operational coordination and reported earnings into one place, giving property partners a more connected way to manage and grow their short-stay business. Owners can retain responsibility for delivering the physical stay while MadeStays manages the commercial marketing and booking layer. For suitable London homes, Fully Managed provides more comprehensive commercial and operational support. Every property assessed. Only qualifying homes published.
Commission
- £500 for an approved Marketing & Booking operator.
- £1,000 for an exceptional Marketing & Booking operator, subject to written approval.
- £1,000 for an approved Fully Managed property.
- £2,000 for an exceptional Fully Managed property, subject to written approval.
- Bespoke written commission for Fully Managed multi-property portfolios.
- MadeStays determines the final service model, property classification and applicable commission. Commission is earned and paid according to the current Acquisition Partner Agreement.
Who We Are Looking For
- At least one year of sales experience.
- Confidence approaching property owners and business decision-makers.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Good organisation and consistent follow-up habits.
- Familiarity with London and its property market.
- Experience in estate agency, lettings, property sourcing, hospitality, recruitment, business development or another commission-led environment is particularly relevant.
- Existing property relationships are helpful but not required.
