Macaron Bakery Assistant in Edinburgh

We are currently seeking new macaron bakers to join our friendly team working out of our kitchen near Leith. You\’ll be on your feet for long spells so energy and enthusiasm are important.

We bake award winning, handmade macarons in dozens of flavours and colours every day and fulfil all kinds of customer needs be they for online orders, corporate events, wedding functions or wholesale accounts so attention to detail and a desire for perfection are equally crucial.

Experience in a kitchen environment and any relevant qualifications are an obvious bonus; passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential. The positions are ideal if you have a love for luxurious treats… we are known to taste test our products

We have a full time role to fill in our kitchen which operates 5 days per week. Rotas are rotational with early starts for two weeks (7am-3pm) followed by late starts (12pm-8pm) for the next two. A working week covers 37.5 hours over 5 shifts with overtime available but not mandatory.
