Join Madeley School as a Cover Supervisor and play a vital role in supporting student learning during teacher absences. You will manage classroom behaviour, keep students on task, and facilitate the provided lessons and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise classes across a range of subjects when the regular teacher is absent.
  • Maintain classroom order and ensure students remain focused on assigned tasks.
  • Support students with set activities, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff to ensure a smooth learning experience.
