Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creatively driven Marketing & Events Coordinator with a strong commitment to sustainability and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences both online and in person.
At madeby.studio, we work across a variety of exciting projects from websites and web applications to branding and integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you\'ll coordinate marketing activity and events programming across both madeby.studio and GreenTech Gathering, ensuring our brands and those of our clients are consistently presented with energy, creativity, and purpose.
This role offers the opportunity to shape both in-person and digital marketing strategy, deliver creative and data-driven campaigns, and collaborate across departments to align marketing activities with wider business goals. You\'ll work across social media, content marketing, events, and analytics, making a meaningful contribution to both client results and agency growth.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate strong marketing capabilities across various platforms, backed by a portfolio of work that reflects your strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to drive results. You should be confident in pitching your ideas as if we were the client, clearly explaining your process, objectives, and outcomes.
A minimum of one years’ industry experience is recommended for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the planning, promotion, and delivery of events formadeby.studioandGreenTech Gathering.
- Maintain and manage event calendars, tracking key dates, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support lead generation initiatives and coordinate follow-up communications post-events.
- Manage and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to performance reporting.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with both client objectives and agency goals.
- Execute campaigns across social media, email, events, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide detailed reports with clear, actionable insights.
- Lead the development of creative social strategies, event activations, and data-informed content initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in coordinating in-person events.
- Experience in managing and delivering successful, full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Digital marketing skills, including social media, email, and basic design or content editing with an awareness of current trends.
- Understanding of SEO, social media advertising, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Experience in paid media management and multichannel campaign execution.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with a talent for identifying unique marketing opportunities.
- Written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and suppliers.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Four-day Work Week
We\'re an accredited Gold Standard 4 Day Week Foundation Employer.
You can work from anywhere - the office, at home or further afield, it\'s up to you.
Flexible Hours
Our team start between 8:30AM - 9:30AM and finish between 16:00PM - 18:00PM.

We have a transparent progression framework and salary bands to set clear expectations for your role and future progression within madeby.studio. All employee salaries are reviewed and updated annually inline with the current rate of UK inflation.
