We are on the lookout for a Brand and Marketing Manager who understands that modern marketing is about more than noise, vanity metrics, or chasing trends. If you are someone who enjoys creating lead momentum, collaboration with creatives, and making an impact, we would love to hear from you.
About the job
We’ve always treated the MadeBrave brand with the same care and attention we give to any of our MadeBrave clients’ brands, and we’re super proud of the brand we’ve built. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing: someone with bundles of energy, a can-do attitude, and a clear vision for the opportunity in front of them. You’ll work with our founder/CEO and alongside our Head of New Business and the wider MadeBrave team creating big ideas, events, content and activations that will help make MadeBrave the most magnetic agency in the world. And you’ll turn that magnetism into a steady drumbeat of qualified leads landing on our Head of New Business’s desk.
The role
- Be the ultimate ambassador for the MadeBrave brand: live and breathe our brand, purpose and values and help bring them to life in everything we do day-to-day.
- Work with our CEO to create big ideas, events, activations and content that will move MadeBrave’s brand and business forward.
- Make sure our customers and future customers don’t just hear ‘We create brave brands worth believing in.’ Make them feel it everywhere we show up.
- Work with our external PR agency support partner to raise MadeBrave’s media profile and position us as the go-to agency for brand projects and creative campaigns.
- Plan and run integrated campaigns across the full marketing mix that earn attention and move people into action.
- Generate case studies (with the support of the team) that make our work impossible to ignore, and make the benefit of working with us crystal clear.
- Plan, create, manage and post social content (with production budget and support) that pushes the boundaries of what’s current and culturally relevant, helping us show up in culture and land on the right feeds with the right message at the right time.
- Manage award and league table entries (and win some of course!).
- Identify, secure and squeeze every drop of value from speaking slots, panels, podcasts and industry events for our CEO, our leadership team, and the best and brightest voices inside MadeBrave.
- Curate thought leadership with the best brains in our team for our blog and socials.
- Drive the pipeline: Turn all this amazing attention into Marketing Qualified Leads for the business, working with the support of our CEO, our Head of New Business and the wider MadeBrave team.
- Build and nurture audiences through our funnel, from first follow to first contact.
- Brief and manage external partners on SEO, PPC and our website, with our creative and strategy team supporting you as required.
- Own, monitor and report on the marketing budget, doubling down on ideas that work and killing the ones that don’t.
- Report on what matters: leads, conversion, ROI.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in a marketing role.
- A portfolio of campaigns that delivered both creative cut-through and measurable commercial impact.
- Genuine instinct and understanding of brand and what works on social.
- Strong content marketing and tone-of-voice chops.
- Comfort with the numbers: budgets, attribution, funnel metrics, ROI.
- Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, email and marketing automation. You don’t have to do it all yourself, but you need to brief it, judge it, and own the outcome.
- An excellent communicator.
- Proactive, organised, and energised by a fast-moving agency environment.
- A team player who lifts everyone around them.
The desirables
- Previous agency-side or B2B marketing experience.
- CRM experience.
- Public speaking experience.
- Photography or video editing skills.
