Job Description

Our client, a specialist consultancy focused on helping organizations to identify and manage risk through their third-party supply chain and Vendor relationships, is looking to recruit a Senior TPRM/Cybersecurity Consultant with experience in Supplier Assurance.

Key Responsibilities for this role will include:

  1. Lead and support the delivery of a variety of TPRM consulting engagements.
  2. Maintain key client relationships with stakeholders up to c-suite level.
  3. Deliver TPRM frameworks and associated solutions.
  4. Support comprehensive TPRM operating models and provide expertise regarding implementation.
  5. Provide comprehensive system/process assessments and expert analysis and guidance.
  6. Business process design activity, implementation planning, and analysis.
  7. TPRM remediation programmes and projects.
  8. Support and create business pipeline.

Key Skills & Experience required for this role include:

  1. Experience working in third-party risk management disciplines.
  2. Experience of working in a TPRM function in a fast-paced environment (industry or consulting).
  3. Good knowledge of outsourcing and TPRM regulations (e.g. PRA, EBA, and FCA).
  4. Experience of a variety of TPRM consulting engagements and good knowledge of the TPRM assessment lifecycle.
  5. Knowledge of TPRM framework design and implementation.
  6. Knowledge of standardized and consistent risk management methodologies.
  7. Experience working in Supplier Assurance.
  8. Experience of working with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST, PCI DSS, ISO, etc.).
  9. End-to-end experience of a variety of risk assessment engagements and lines of defense.
  10. In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodology and lifecycle.
  11. Ability to address risk utilizing standardized and consistent methodology.
  12. Excellent stakeholder management skills up to executive level.

The ideal candidate may not have a consultancy background but will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a range of clients.
