We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to join the team at Made Up Ltd. This is a hybrid role combining social media, content creation, brand marketing, and new business support. Due to the fast-paced and highly visual nature of our industry, we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable capturing live content onsite, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and supporting the wider business with compelling brand storytelling.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, this role is central to how Made Up is seen, shared, and remembered. From behind-the-scenes workshop content and live event capture to case studies, campaigns, and brand communications, you will play a key role in showcasing the creativity, scale, and impact of our work.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creatively driven, commercially aware, and passionate about storytelling across digital platforms. They will thrive working across teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and bringing ideas to life through engaging content and marketing initiatives.

Made Up Ltd is a full-service Creative Production House with over 20 years of experience delivering experiential projects, live events, scenic builds, pop-ups, retail environments, and brand activations for some of the world’s leading brands. Our clients include British Airways, BBC, Google, Netflix, Apple, YouTube, Amazon, Prada, Bentley, TAG Heuer, and many more.
What makes Made Up different is that everything is delivered in-house. From creative concept and technical design through to fabrication, build, installation, and project delivery, our designers, project managers, fabricators, and production teams work collaboratively under one roof from our South London studio and workshop facilities.
Due to the hands-on nature of the role and the need to regularly capture live projects and workshop activity, this position is primarily studio-based at our South London HQ, with opportunities for onsite and international travel throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Made Up’s UK and Ibiza social media channels across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Capture and create engaging content across live projects, installations, events, workshop activity, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Produce high-quality photography, video, reels, short-form edits, and written content that showcases our work, people, and capabilities.
- Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with company priorities, project launches, and campaigns.
- Track performance metrics, audience engagement, and platform analytics to inform future content strategy.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Create marketing collateral including case studies, presentations, credentials decks, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the New Business team to help position Made Up creatively and commercially within pitches and proposals.
- Maintain consistency across brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content remains current, visually engaging, and SEO optimised.
- Support blog creation, news updates, and internal/external communications.
- Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay up to date with trends across experiential marketing, events, fabrication, luxury retail, and social media.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging content formats.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, fabrication, and project teams to ensure all marketing accurately reflects the quality and ambition of our work.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within social media, marketing, content creation, or communications, ideally within experiential, events, creative production, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex projects into engaging content.
- Experience capturing and editing photo and video content for social platforms.
- Proficiency across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and social scheduling/analytics platforms.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.
- Understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content strategy.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident working independently whilst also collaborating across creative and production teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment.
