Job Summary
Are you a skilled Technical Draughtsperson with a passion for precision and creativity? We're seeking a talented Senior Technical Draughtsperson with expertise in draughting for carpentry and metal fabrication to join our team.
In this role, you'll be the technical design force behind some of our most ambitious projects, delivering high-quality, detailed technical drawings that bring concepts to life.
Collaborating closely with our production team, you'll transform creative visions into reality, working with tools like AutoCAD and Vectorworks .

From creative concept and design to construction, build, and installation (and everything else in between), we take care of the entire lifecycle of a project.
With over 20 years of experience working with the world's biggest brands, we have delivered thousands of events, pop-up bars, brand activations, live events, and retail design. We have worked with clients like British Airways, BBC, Google, Netflix, Facebook, Bentley, Apple, YouTube, Amazon, Prada, Tag Heuer, and many more.
Our offices and production facilities are housed under one roof, allowing all departments to work collaboratively on a brief. You will work closely with project managers and the production teams to bring your designs to life. You'll have the opportunity to see the project moving through our workshops and be able to speak with carpenters, print specialists, scenic painters, the tech team, and installation managers.
For this reason, this position is office-based, and you'll need to be able to work from our studio in Beckenham, South East London.
Key Requirements
- Professional experience as a draftsperson, preferably with a focus on carpentry and metal fabrication
- Ability to produce cut files for CNC, plasma/waterjet and laser cutting processes
- Interpret client renders, conceptual designs, and architectural drawings to develop precise technical drawings for carpenters, metal fabricators, and machinists
- Site Surveys: Conduct thorough site surveys to gather accurate measurements and identify potential challenges.
- Quality Control: Review and revise technical drawings to ensure accuracy, adherence to industry standards, and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD Software, Ideally Vectorworks, AutoCAD and Adobe
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes to develop practical designs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively on projects
