We take pride in managing every facet of a project in-house, ensuring a seamless experience from initial creative concepts and design to construction, build, and installation. With over 20 years of experience collaborating with some of the world’s most renowned brands, we have successfully executed thousands of live events, brand activations, and exhibitions.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our vibrant team on a 15-month contract as maternity cover. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential financial guidance and support, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of our financial performance. Your expertise will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate will have complete ownership of the full set of management accounts and a proactive approach to financial management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Part or fully qualified accountant ACCA / CIMA / ACA
  • 5+ years of management accounting experience in a similar industry
  • Experience of producing end-to-end management accounts
  • Experience working within Xero and QuickBooks
  • Eye for detail with ability to see the bigger picture
  • Collaborative working with different teams across the business
  • Good understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Good awareness of financial reporting requirements
  • Good IT skills including the ability to automate routine tasks as much as possible
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident Excel skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly accounts with actionable insights on variances.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Create annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate KPIs, profitability, and costs to recommend efficiency and growth strategies.
  • Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance to operational and commercial teams to improve decision-making.
  • Cost Management: Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
  • Process Improvement: Optimise financial systems and processes for efficiency and control.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure financial activities meet relevant regulations and standards.
  • Inter-company reconciliations: Perform inter-company reconciliations, including preparing and posting inter-office charges.
  • Statutory Accounts: Facilitate the preparation of annual year-end statutory accounts for UK and Spanish company, as well as address any ad hoc requests.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact, facilitating communication between stakeholders, third-party vendors, and internal teams to address enquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute financial input to initiatives like pricing and tender applications.
  • Willing to engage in fundamental tasks: Capable of assisting the Finance Manager with basic postings and daily processing activities.
