Our London office is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to lead the creation of thoughtful, refined digital work across brand, UI and experiential platforms. This role is about translating brand worlds into digital experiences with precision and imagination. You will take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with Creative Directors, Strategy and the Digital Lead. This is a hands-on role. You will be making, testing and shaping ideas, not managing from a distance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery
- Translate brand strategy into clear, considered digital outcomes
- Prototype ideas in Figma and, where appropriate, in-browser
- Work closely with developers, understanding front-end constraints and opportunities
- Use CMS and site builder platforms to test and deliver work
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategy, Copy and Innovation teams
- Present work clearly and articulate decisions with intent
Thinking and Innovation
- Contributing to digital and innovative thinking across the whole studio
- Helping evolve how the studio approaches digital, from process to output
- Participating in R&D exploring emerging tools, platforms and workflows
- Using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and browser-based prototyping to rapidly explore and test ideas
- Applying AI to research, ideation, prototyping and asset creation
- Sharing learnings and building capability across the team
Craft and Delivery
- Maintain a high level of visual and technical precision
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Design with accessibility, performance and responsiveness in mind
- Prepare work for build, including clear documentation and handover
- Oversee production where needed, acting as a quality control partner
- Consider budget, timelines and buildability in your design decision
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Around 5–8 years’ experience, or equivalent, in digital design
- Able to show end-to-end projects from concept through to live output
- Comfortable working from loose briefs and shaping direction
- Balances creative ambition with usability and clarity
- Enjoys being hands-on and making work
- Communicates ideas clearly through references, sketches and prototypes
- Understands audiences, context and user journeys
- Takes a thoughtful, research-led approach to design
- Has a strong eye for detail and good judgement on priorities
- Is collaborative, open-minded and easy to work with
Core
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variables and prototyping
- Strong digital craft across typography, hierarchy and interaction design
- Experience designing responsive experiences across multiple breakpoints
- Confidence collaborating with developers and delivering work through to launch
- Comfort using AI as part of your design process, from research to prototyping and production
- Strong brand sensitivity, particularly within culture, fashion or luxury contexts
Important
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as Shopify, Squarespace, Prismic or Sanity
- Understanding of accessibility and performance considerations
- Ability to build clear, compelling presentations and pitch materials
Desirable
- Motion design, kinetic typography or dynamic branding experience
- Creative coding or browser-based experimentation
- 3D or spatial tools such as Spline, Blender or THREE.js
- Basic video editing for digital or social content
