Made Thought is seeking an experienced Account lead to manage a diverse portfolio totalling around £1–£2.5 million per year. You will allocate resources, forecast work, and proactively solve problems to ensure projects start strong and stay on track.
You will grow accounts beyond initial scope, acting as the primary client contact and partnering with Leadership & New Business to identify ongoing opportunities. You’ll mentor Account Managers and lead proposal development for larger projects.
