Made Tech is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead end-to-end public service design across policy, digital delivery and organisational change. You will work strategically with senior stakeholders to shape service design approaches and deliver measurable outcomes for citizens.
You will develop service maps, blueprints and governance across cross-functional teams, mentor designers, contribute to bids, and champion user-centred design while ensuring impact and growth of Made Tech's service.
