Role Overview: As a member of their Technical Sales Engineer team, you’ll be a key player in driving business growth. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and recommend tailored dust extraction systems to provide high performing dust extraction for client’s particular needs. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will be crucial, in this fast paced environment, to the building and retention of strong customer relationships. Experience within the dust extraction industry would be advantageous. Previous sales experience and the understanding of the sales process is essential!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, customer retention and growth.
  • Client and site visits to evaluate needs, promote products and carry out surveys.
  • Achieving and exceeding set sales targets.
  • Contract negotiation and pricing.
  • Company and product presentations.
  • Engaging with marketing to coordinate sales offerings, campaigns and promotions.
  • Administrative duties including quote raising, record maintenance, and customer deposit payments etc.

Skills Set:

  • Full driving license.
  • Technical experience of the dust extraction industry (desirable).
  • Consummate sales professional with a proven sales track record (essential).
  • Excellent customer service and rapport building, underpinned by superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The appetite for working in a fast paced environment, reaching and exceeding set targets.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications and CRM/ERP systems.
