Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? Do you want to expand your current administration skills? If so, then this is the job for you! Our client are UK leaders within debt recovery and enforcement and are looking for an administrator to join their team in Redditch.

DUTIES

  • Reviewing and actioning accounts accordingly at various diary statuses ensuring they are going in the correct direction.
  • Updating of computer records following activity on an account such as an Enforcement Agent visit, telephone call, or correspondence.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements following client guidelines.
  • Dealing with correspondence. Some standard computerised letters are available on our system; however, you will be required to compose bespoke replies.
  • Dealing with telephone calls from defendants, clients, debt advisory groups and third parties to resolve accounts.
  • Dealing with a customer or authorised third parties who attends our offices to resolve accounts.
  • Deal with potentially vulnerable customers and ensure we are taking the correct action depending on the client’s guidelines.
  • Understand the different forms of Insolvency and the impact they have on the regulations we work to.
  • Answer customer inquiries in relation to Insolvency proceedings via telephone or correspondence.
  • Always ensure a high standard of service. Remaining empathic, calm, and acting in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner, even when faced with potentially challenging accounts.
  • Covering other job roles namely Contact Centre, Client Liaison, Enquiry Officer, and Attachment of Earnings Administrator where required.
  • Assistance with any other duties that are within the scope of the job purpose.
