An award-winning, design-led architecture studio in Manchester is looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative team.

This is a key role at the heart of a creative practice – ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves supporting a passionate team.

The Role:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the studio
• Supporting senior leadership and project teams with admin and coordination
• Organising internal meetings, events, and studio communications
• Handling suppliers, office systems, and facilities
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and visitors
• Helping maintain a warm, organised, and productive working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone proactive, organised, and unflappable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a similar studio/office management or team support role
• Confidence in managing multiple priorities at once
• A background in a creative or design-led setting is a bonus, but not essential
