We’re working with a number of design-led UK and international architecture practices who are strengthening their digital delivery teams. As a result, we’re recruiting Senior BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers to join studios delivering complex, high quality projects across residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed-use sectors. These roles suit hands-on BIM professionals who enjoy working closely with design teams, setting standards, improving workflows and helping studios get the most out of their digital tools, whether at project level or practice wide.
The Roles
- Leading or supporting BIM delivery across multiple architectural projects.
- Implementing and maintaining BIM standards aligned with ISO 19650 / BS EN standards.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary models, clash detection and issue resolution.
- Developing and managing Revit templates, content libraries and workflows.
- Supporting teams with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and client EIR responses.
- Providing hands-on technical support in Revit across design and delivery stages.
- Mentoring and training project teams, helping to build internal BIM capability.
- For BIM Manager roles: contributing to practice-wide digital strategy, resource planning and process improvement.
About You
- A background in architecture or architectural technology.
- 3+ years’ experience for BIM Coordinator roles, or 7+ years for BIM Manager-level positions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
- Working knowledge of Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, BEPs and structured BIM workflows.
- Confidence working directly with architects, consultants and senior stakeholders.
- Dynamo, Rhino and Grasshopper experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in improving digital delivery.
