MADE Careers is working closely with an award winning, design led architecture studio to appoint a Project Architect to join its growing London team. This is a practice known for delivering complex residential and mixed-use schemes across London and the UK, combining strong design thinking with a clear understanding of commercial delivery and buildability.
The Role
This is a delivery focused role working on mid to high density residential schemes, typically ranging from 100 - 300+ units. You will take ownership of projects at Stage 4 and beyond, leading coordination, managing consultants, and ensuring high quality technical output across complex, multi storey developments. Working closely with directors, you will play a key role in driving projects through technical design, tender and construction.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with strong experience at Project Architect level
- Proven track record delivering UK residential high rise or large scale housing schemes
- Strong technical ability, particularly across RIBA Stage 4 and delivery
- Experience coordinating complex consultant teams on multi-storey developments
- Confident working directly with clients and leading project packages
- Excellent Revit skills
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning and Gateway processes
- Experience delivering schemes typically in the 100 - 300+ unit range
