A highly creative, international architecture and design studio is looking for an Office & Communications Manager to join its London team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing studio operations with creative bid and marketing support. You’ll play a key role in keeping the studio running smoothly while also contributing to beautifully presented RFP submissions and marketing materials.

The Role

  • Office Management
    • Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a smooth-running workspace
    • Manage suppliers, office equipment and external vendors
    • Act as key point of contact for visitors, calls and general enquiries
    • Coordinate meetings, travel and team schedules
    • Support HR processes including recruitment and onboarding
    • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking and filing systems
    • Liaise with external IT support when needed
    • Organise team socials and studio events
  • Communications & Bids
    • Support preparation of RFP submissions and project presentations
    • Design and format high quality, branded bid documents
    • Create graphics, layouts and visual content for submissions
    • Maintain templates and brand consistency
    • Assist with marketing materials including brochures and digital content

What They’re Looking For

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar office/communications role
  • Strong InDesign skills (essential); Photoshop and Illustrator a bonus
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities independently
  • Professional, discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
