We’re working with a globally recognised, design-led architecture practice that’s looking to grow its London based international team. The team are looking to hire two positions at different levels; Senior Architect and Associate Architect, driven by a major international project about to land in the Middle East. With workload ramping up quickly, the studio is looking for strong, confident designers who can slot straight into a fast moving, high profile international environment.
The practice has a long standing reputation for delivering large scale, design driven projects across the Middle East and other global markets, particularly within retail, mixed-use and major urban developments. These roles sit right at the centre of that work, supporting senior leadership while taking real responsibility for design and delivery.
At Associate level, this is a design led role for someone comfortable operating as a senior figure within a project team. You’ll support the international lead closely, help drive client meetings, maintain design quality and take ownership of day to day coordination and leadership as projects move at pace.
At Senior Architect level, the focus is on strong design and technical delivery. You’ll work closely with Associates and Directors, contributing meaningfully to concept development, detailed design and Revit led coordination on complex international schemes.
Both roles suit architects who enjoy the intensity of international work; tight programmes, demanding clients and high expectations, and who take pride in delivering well resolved, commercially aware architecture.
What they’re looking for:
- Senior Architect or Associate level, with solid international project experience
- A strong design sensibility backed up by good technical judgement
- Experience in retail, mixed-use or large scale developments
- Confident Revit user, comfortable working on complex models
- Middle East experience highly desirable (or similar fast-paced international markets)
- Calm, organised and capable when projects and timelines move quickly
- Someone who enjoys being part of a growing team at a key moment
Why this role:
- Join a highly regarded international practice with a strong design reputation
- Employee owned practice with great perks and benefits
- Work directly with senior leadership on high profile International schemes
- Genuine scope to take responsibility and be visible within the studio
- Hybrid working, competitive salary and long term progression
If you’re a Senior Architect or Associate with international experience and a design-led mindset, this is a rare chance to step into a pivotal role within a global studio at exactly the right time.
