MADE Careers is working with a global, design led architecture studio to appoint a Marketing & Communications Manager within its London team. This is a key role within an internationally active practice, suited to someone who enjoys operating across brand, communications, content and studio marketing within a creative environment. Working closely with senior leadership and the wider marketing team, you will help shape how the studio presents itself externally across projects, sectors and international markets.

The Role

This is a varied and outward facing position, balancing strategic communications with hands on delivery across marketing, content and studio engagement. You will support the development and execution of marketing and communications activity across the business, helping to strengthen the studio’s external presence through campaigns, storytelling, events and digital content. The role will suit someone highly organised, creative and confident managing multiple work streams within a fast paced design environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of marketing and communications strategies across the studio
  • Develop and coordinate content including project stories, presentations, case studies, social media and studio updates
  • Manage marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities, sector activity and project launches
  • Coordinate external communications across digital platforms, website content and internal marketing materials
  • Support profile-raising activity through events, talks, networking opportunities and industry engagement
  • Assist with award submissions, studio publications and branded collateral
  • Maintain consistency across all communications and marketing output in line with studio branding
  • Work closely with leadership, graphics and wider studio teams to support day to day marketing activity

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a marketing and communications role, ideally within architecture, design or the built environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for tone, detail and presentation
  • Confidence using InDesign, even at a basic level, would be a bonus
  • Experience managing content, campaigns and communications across multiple platforms
  • Confident coordinating events, marketing activity and studio engagement initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative and confident working with senior stakeholders and creative teams
  • Genuine interest in architecture, design and the built environment
