An award winning, design led studio in Central London is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to lead on complex residential and mixed-use schemes. The role
Working closely with directors, you’ll lead the delivery of large scale residential projects (typically 100 - 300 units), with a focus on Stage 4 and Gateway 2. You’ll oversee packages, coordinate consultants, manage programmes, and ensure quality across multiple schemes. Alongside this, you’ll mentor team members and act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
About you
- ~5+ years post Part 3 experience
- ~ Strong UK residential experience (high-rise / HRB desirable)
- ~ Proven Stage 4 delivery and technical capability
- ~ Confident leading teams and running multiple projects
- ~ Client-facing, with strong communication skills
- ~ Proficiency in Revit
- ~ Good knowledge of UK building regulations
