We’re working with a well established international architecture practice looking to appoint a Director to lead its Industrial & Logistics sector from London. The studio has a serious foundation in this space. A 30+ year relationship with a major blue collar client continues to generate consistent, profitable work. It’s embedded, trusted and long term. What they need now is someone to take that position and build on it. This is not about maintaining an account. It’s about owning a sector. Growing revenue. Strengthening market presence. Expanding the team. Setting direction.
There is clear opportunity across large scale logistics, distribution and industrial developments in the UK and Europe. The right person will shape how the practice competes and grows in that market over the coming years. This role will suit an established Director who understands how industrial work is won, structured and delivered, and who wants genuine responsibility for a sector’s performance.
The Role
- Lead the Industrial & Logistics sector at strategic and commercial level
- Take senior ownership of a long standing, highly profitable key client
- Drive new business and secure major UK and European commissions
