We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join an internationally recognised architecture practice in London.

Supporting both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and employees alike.

Working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team, you'll coordinate recruitment, onboarding and day to day HR operations across a busy, collaborative studio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career within a highly respected design-led practice.

The Role This is a varied and fast paced position, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination while also supporting wider HR initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.

Working across multiple teams and international stakeholders, you'll manage recruitment processes from interview scheduling through to onboarding, while helping ensure HR operations run smoothly, accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and senior stakeholders.

Manage the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to offer acceptance.

Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare offer documentation and coordinate onboarding for new starters.

Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment data.

Coordinate background and reference checks.

Support careers events, employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Human Resources Support the day to day administration of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.

Assist with onboarding, employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
