We’re partnering with one of London’s most respected architecture studios, known for their design quality, supportive culture and commitment to delivering thoughtful well‑crafted projects. They’re looking to find talented Architects and Senior Architects across a range of sectors.
As the studio continues to grow, they’re looking to welcome designers who are passionate about shaping high quality buildings, enjoy working across multiple typologies, and want to take on real ownership within a collaborative team environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on ambitious projects across Education, PBSA, Build‑to‑Rent, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Retrofit and Hospitality with the chance to influence design direction from early concept through to delivery.
The Role- Contribute to the design and delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors including Education, PBSA, BTR, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retrofit and Labs.
- Take ownership across multiple work stages, shaping design concepts, contributing to technical coordination and supporting client‑facing decisions.
- Collaborate with talented designers and consultants to deliver coherent, high quality schemes.
- Work closely with senior team members to support project programming, resourcing and design development.
- Communicate confidently with clients, consultants and internal teams, shaping a clear design narrative and maintaining project momentum.
- Provide input across detailed stages of production information, technical problem solving and coordinated Revit delivery.
- Contribute to studio culture, supporting juniors, sharing knowledge and promoting a positive, design‑led environment.
- Help maintain and evolve the studio’s design and technical standards while bringing your own ideas to the table.
- 3 - 5+ years post qualification with experience in UK based architectural studios.
- Strong design skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly across concept + technical stages.
- Experience working within at least one of the following: Education, PBSA, BTR, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retrofit or Lab projects.
- Excellent organisational and communication ability, confident leading aspects of projects and engaging directly with consultants and clients.
- A proactive, positive team player who enjoys collaborating and working within a supportive design culture.
- Strong Revit capability is essential.
- ARB / RIBA registered (or equivalent), with solid knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy.
- Enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and contributing to the design thinking of the wider team.
